2025 in Review
A Year Defined by Delivery, Scale, and Trust
2025 stands as a defining chapter of sustained growth, technical excellence, and trusted leadership across Australia’s industrial, commercial, and community sectors.
The year opened with a strong focus on Melbourne, where complex industrial assets were transformed to meet evolving operational demands. Specialist high-bay facilities were delivered at scale, including a 5,000 sqm industrial development and a 2,500 sqm adaptive reuse project integrating high-bay automated racking systems. Existing assets were not only upgraded but reimagined, with a 2,500 sqm refrigerated facility successfully converted into a freezer and a further 3,500 sqm refrigerated warehouse expansion managed through planning and site adaptation. This period also marked the successful sale management of a 4,000 sqm inner-city industrial asset, demonstrating a capability to deliver value through both development and transaction management.
In Sydney, the focus shifted to complexity and precision. Compliance upgrades were managed for a South Sydney industrial building, ensuring operational continuity while meeting regulatory requirements. Alongside this, the sales management of a highly complex South Sydney industrial asset reinforced a reputation for navigating challenging transactions with confidence and clarity.
Beyond individual assets, 2025 showcased strength in portfolio and program management. Lease negotiations were successfully led across a portfolio of 22 office locations spanning NSW and Queensland, requiring strategic coordination, stakeholder alignment, and commercial discipline. In parallel, eight office fit-out projects were managed to completion, reflecting an ability to deliver consistently across multiple sites and workstreams.
Regional Australia formed a vital part of the year’s achievements. Projects across Cairns, Atherton, Strathpine, Charlestown (Newcastle), Bankstown, Campbelltown, and Townsville demonstrated geographical reach and adaptability. Notably, major projects in Townsville, QLD and Wallsend, NSW were advanced toward their scheduled 2026 completions, reinforcing long-term commitment and forward momentum.
The year also delivered projects with broader community impact. A mixed-use industrial and community development in Western Sydney was completed, balancing commercial functionality with social value. This was complemented by the project management and completion of a contemporary church building in Rydalmere, Sydney—an outcome that reflected sensitivity to purpose-driven design alongside rigorous delivery standards.
Culminating the year was the development management of an approved 48,500 sqm office park in Sydney, a project of significant scale that underscored capability in long-term, strategic development leadership.
Taken together, 2025 tells a clear story: one of trusted delivery across industrial, commercial, and community projects; of navigating complexity across cities and regions; and of consistently translating vision into built outcomes. It is a year that laid strong foundations for the milestones and completions that follow.
