Meet Tony Staveley AM
Tony Staveley AM is recognised as one of the most experienced managers of corporate property in Australia.
Over the last 30 years he has held senior positions with some of Australia’s largest corporations and provided consultancy advice to an extensive client list.
Tony holds a Masters Degree in Commerce (Land Economics), a Graduate Diploma in Land Economy and is an Fellow of the Australian Property Institute, Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
He has been a member of the Property Council of Australia Planning and Development Committee and Chaired the Regulatory Reform Working Group for the Australian Government Facilities Management Action Agenda.
Tony Staveley AM was awarded as a Member of the Order of Australia in The Queen’s Birthday 2022 Honours List.
History
Established in 1985, Balance Group comprised two separate divisions; Balance Corporate Property (Property Division) and Balance Design Group (Marketing Division).
Balance Corporate Property provides property consultancy services to major corporations and Government across Australia and has done so for the past thirty years. Led by Tony Staveley AM, our property services division offers independent advice, free from the conflicting opinions major agencies and development groups.
Balance’s Marketing division sold its website design and development arm (Balance Design) in 2000 but since then has continued to innovate in the online marketing space. Today, Balance Group’s Marketing Division concentrates its time on innovative online marketing solutions in the beauty and personal care space. We are specialists in the design and development of new products and we currently own and operate six online businesses.
